Changes to Imagery
We endeavour to make any changes you would like for requests sent within 24 hours of ordering. Send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and details of the changes required. Our 24/7 support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
For changes to your shipping address, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (This can be found on your confirmation email) and new shipping address. We can change the address within 24hrs as this is when orders will be drawn by our graphic design team.
Damaged or Badly Travelled items
If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please contact us at email@example.com with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number. We will then investigate and offer a solution for you.
Damaged/Misprinted Items can only be replaced within 30 days from the day your order arrives. After this 30 day period, Justfaceit will no longer provide a replacement.
Note that if you upload the incorrect image, choose the wrong size, colour or product, Justfaceit is not responsible for replacing these items.
If you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. Since your items are hand illustrated, if you cancel after 24hrs of purchasing but before shipping we will refund your order. If you need to cancel your order more than a day after purchase, we will refund the entire cost of your item, minus the $10 illustration fee. If your order has already been sent to our printer or shipped then we are no longer able to cancel your order.
If you would like to return your product because you are unsatisfied, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and an image of the product you received and 24/7 support team will do their best to resolve any issues.

Currently we do not offer free shipping on returns. You will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning items.
When a refund is issued, please allow 3 days for the funds to be processed and up to 10 days for the transfer back into your bank account.
